LUZERNER SINFONIEORCHESTER

This Beethoven evening brings together two works that reveal different facets of the composer’s dramatic and humanistic vision: the Third Piano Concerto, with its tension, energy and moments of profound intimacy, and the Choral Fantasy, which gradually expands from a solo piano opening into a powerful collaboration between piano, orchestra, soloists and choir. Featuring renowned pianist David Fray as soloist, the concert culminates in Beethoven’s early musical vision of peace and joy.
